Canadian lawyer Lisa Miron talks about 15-minute cities and how advanced the coup on democracy is at the municipal level. She reports on an organisation called the ‘Global Covenant of Mayors’ – there are 13,000 cities in the world following orders from a shadow government – and these mayors follow orders related to climate change. She says they will solve climate change by starving us to death.
