While discussing the 17 million deaths that came in the form of an mRNA injection, I would not expect to hear anything about this technology’s elegance, brilliance, and ingenuity. And I certainly would not expect to hear this obsequious verbiage repeated over and over.
I would also not anticipate hearing that “Pharma” is solely to blame for “persuading all the journals, doctors, hospitals, and our government”. Please see the work of Sasha Latypova for what could have been addressed.
Again, I would expect to hear about how the legal structure of our own countryallowed for this tragedy. The work of Katherine Watt would have been an appropriate resource.
Instead, what was discussed was the International Health Regulationsproposed by the World Health Organization. After presenting the shocking and restrictive measures that these regulations suggest, Bret said he was feeling optimistic about “our odds” as the WHO has addressed the “misinformation” that the dissident “Dream Team” (of which Bret is a member, of course) movement is spreading.
There was no mention of the legal framework that already exists in the United States once a Public Health Emergency is declared. Pointing attention to the WHO is an intentional distraction from the much more salient issue that exists IN our country. CURRENTLY.
Since Tucker is on a mission for the solution to the propaganda spiral we’re living through, and it’s telling the truth about the things that matter — clearly and without fear…
Here are some thoughts for him:
In the US, the secretary of HHS can declare a Public Health Emergency. Once this happens, the HHS secretary can make a PREP Act Declaration, absolving all entities of liability for any and all countermeasures used.
These countermeasures include a plethora of unapproved products and devices. The entire process of bringing these products to market and subsequent administration to the public is covered by the immunity of the PREP Act declaration.
The PREP Act declaration also absolves any liability for negative outcomes caused by the countermeasures or any of the above mentioned aspects.
During a Public Health Emergency, the CDC has the authority to exercise quarantine and isolation powers. Did you know that ALL 50 STATES have verbiage that allows for
quarantine campshousing facilities?
The CDC’s authority to exercise quarantine and isolation powers for specific diseases derives from the federal Public Health Service Act and a series of presidential executive orders. Under these orders, federal quarantine and isolation powers currently apply to the following diseases: cholera; diphtheria; infectious tuberculosis; plague; smallpox; yellow fever; viral hemorrhagic fevers; influenza caused by new or reemergent flu viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic; and severe acute respiratory syndromes (which may include COVID-19).

Once the public health emergency was declared by the WHO, Alex Azar (HHS Secretary) followed shortly with his public health emergency and a PREP Act declaration. And the countermeasures began…
BECAUSE THE LEGAL STRUCTURE ALREADY EXISTED IN THE UNITED STATES.
AND TYRANNICAL RESTRICTIONS AND MEASURES WERE IMPLEMENTED.
I realize that everyone is exhausted by the endless web and shocking depth of the conniving manipulators that have worked for many years, systematically dismantling our society, our trust, and our sovereignty.
This exhaustion is certainly an anticipated response as well as a feature of the evil plan, as it elicits an increasing desperation for – and attachments to, trusted experts.
