A letter drafted and sent by Karen Kingston on August 31, 2021, for receipt by US Air Force Academy General Moga, from a US Senator
December 27, 2023: Following is a letter I was asked to write for Senator Ron Johnson to oppose the military vaccine mandate, specifically for the US Airforce Academy (USAFA). I sent the below letter on August 31, 2021.
Excerpts from August 31, 2021 Letter – We Are in a War
General Moga, because the serious near- and long-term damage of these experimental chimeric, gain-of-function viral-gene-based agents to the USAFA Cadets is unknown. Mandating they be ‘vaccinated’ is no different than playing Russian roulette with their lives and is a threat to our National Security.
You should be aware that evidence has been brought forward that the synthetic mRNA in these COVID-19 INJECTIONS were developed in collaboration with the People’s Republic of China military, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and Chinese scientists. The EUA INJECTIONS, developed in collaboration with the PLA military, deliver trillions of disease-causing spike proteins that can cause serious harm and death to those service men and women who are injected. Injected military personnel can also infect others through the phenomena known as “viral shedding,” which has been well document by our own FDA.
According to the patents for these mRNA encapsulated ‘vaccines’, these injections also contain graphene oxide – a constituent material of Hydrogel. Hydrogel is an advanced technology able to host electromagnetic fields and transmit data and signals to and from the injected subjects from an external wireless device. If you were to follow through with Secretary Austin’s order, the Hydrogel subjects would be our USAFA Cadets.

These experimental gain-of-function, chimeric-viral, gene-based agents are bioweapons intended to poison, harm, and kill. These bioweapons were made by and forced upon the American people and US Military by foreign and domestic terrorists.
On behalf of the American people, you must refuse to follow the orders of Secretary Austin or resign from office immediately.
To my knowledge, my claims were believed to be false by the senator and his other advisors. What I wrote in the August 2021 letter was backed by dozens of credible references. Nothing I wrote was an opinion.
The claims that were considered to be false or exaggerated likely were;
- mRNA is not a biologic – mRNA is a suite of nanotechnologies,
- mRNA injections will cause unprecedented disease and death,
- mRNA injections are bioweapons,
- and that US and foreign governments and military forces are behind the development and deployment of mRNA injections.
Nearly two years later, the above factual statements have now ALL been claimed to be true by other key influencers and medical experts.

Hence, much of what is covered in the August 2021 letter has been “Breaking News” throughout 2023. Other claims that have been proven to be true are my October 2021 reporting on the genetic alterations (explicitly highlighting the use of plasmid DNA in the vials) and that the mRNA injections would cause massive, rapid onsets of advanced Stage 3 and 4 cancers.
It is important to note that Pfizer can be sued and criminally prosecuted. This has always been the case. Despite incredible pressure, threats and physical attacks, I have never wavered on any of my findings. I am relieved to see Texas is suing Pfizer and thankful for Attorney General Paxton’s bravery and brilliant legal expertise.
Credit Where Credit is Due
To give reverence to Dr. Lee Merritt and the expression “credit where credit is due,” to my knowledge Dr. Lee Merritt was the first medical influencer in 2021 to call the mRNA injections bioweapons and to ask the medical freedom movement to reframe their perspective from “being in a pandemic” to “being in a war.”
Dr. Merritt and the Five Doctors (Doctors Merritt, Madej, Northrop, Tenpenny, and Palevsky) stated from outset, that the COVID-19 mRNA injections were safe for no one and a danger to those who are around the mRNA injected.

Brigadier General Paul D. Moga;
As Brigadier General and the Commandant of the Cadets of the US Airforce Academy, you took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Per your oath, it is imperative that you ensure the USAFA Cadets are not unnecessarily, recklessly, or intentionally harmed or executed by foreign or domestic terrorists under the guise of promoting the protection, health, or readiness of our military.
On August 24, 2021, Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, issued a memorandum to the Commanders of the Combatant Commands Defense Agency and DOD Field Activity Directors entitled, Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination of Department of Defense Service Members. Secretary Austin ordered, “After careful consultation with medical experts and military leadership, and with the support of the President, I have determined that mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 is necessary to protect the Force and defend the American people.”
Since issuance of Secretary Austin’s order, senior leadership of the U.S. Military, including yourself, have taken swift actions to order our enlisted men and women be ‘vaccinated’ against COVID-19.
General Moga, I believe you to be an intelligent man and of sound mind. I am confident that you are fully aware of 10 U.S. Code §892 – Art. 92 – Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation, which states, “any person subject to this chapter who – (1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation.” Per 10 U.S. Code §892 – Art. 92, Secretary Austin’s “COVID-19 Vaccine Order” is unlawful, as the Secretary has no authority to mandate an experimental biological agent under an FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). This may only be done by the President of the United States.
Although the FDA approved the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine, aka COMIRNATY, on August 23, 2021, per the FDA approval letter, Pfizer has until September 6th, 2021, to submit final container samples of COMIRNATY (BNT162b) to the Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation Research (CBER), and any biological product deviations from the product labeling, including all deviations, complaints, and adverse events regarding COMIRNATY (BNT162b2). It is evident that there is currently NO APPROVED FDA COVID-19 VACCINE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET to the American people or US Military. Furthermore, the contents of the ‘vaccines’ remain unconfirmed.
COMIRNATY (BNT162b2) put the men and women of our military at unnecessarily high risk for cardiac and cardiovascular disease, including myocarditis (congestive heart failure), pericarditis, heart attack, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, stroke, and death per the CDC VAERS system. According to the data in VAERS, our USAFA Cadets have at least a 0.04% risk of a serious adverse event from COVID-19 EUA INJECTIONS. When considering the gross incompetence of the CDC and its reporting system, and in accordance with a prospective data tracking study from Harvard, the risk of serious harm or death to the Cadets is closer to 4% or even greater.
Even the FDA’s own approval letter clearly states that the data in VAERS, “…will not be sufficient to assess serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis and identify an unexpected serious risk of subclinical myocarditis.” The letter goes on to require a post-market study to assess the risk of COMIRNATY (BNT162b2) in triggering unwanted immune responses resulting in serious disease or death in men and women under the age of 30.

Most of the young adults who died had serious co-existing illnesses. The reality is the risk of death due to COVID-19 for the majority of the US Military is less than 0.005% and even lower for the USAFA Cadets.
