Musim musim macam ni bagus kuatkan siatem imun. Bagi jadi jadi power. Sampai boleh tolak virus dan bakteria yang tak bagus.

1. Bawang putih – bertindak sebagai antibiotik

2. Teh hijau – bantu keluarkan antibodi sel B. Bantu kuatkan sistem imun

3. Sup ayam – elektrolit dan fluid dari sup punya kandungan anti keradangan. Bantu baiki sistem imun.

4. Madu – ada anti bakteria dan anti microbial. Bantu halang batuk dan kahak. Boleh campur dengan teh hijau untuk kesan berganda.

Apabila amalkan 4 perkara ini, kita baiki sistem imun. Kita juga baiki tahap sihat usus kita iaitu otak kedua manusia.
