Tak kan nak tinggalkan benda tu dan buat something yang susah. Buat benda yang yang beri rasa sakit. Baik tangguh dulu.

Nanti nantilah buat. Masa pun banyak lagi.

Asalnya sekadar nak elak kesakitan. Tak nak korbankan keseronokan. Tujuan baik.

Tapi lama kelamaan jadi biasa. Jadi tabiat. Inilah yang dimaksudkan program dalam otak. Jadi program dalam subconscious mind.

Setiap kali ada benda yang ‘menyusahkan’ atau terpaksa korbankan keseronokan datang, otak akan mainkan program tangguh ni.

Kita pun lagi tangguhlah kan. Dari sehari jadi seminggu. Dari seminggu jadi sebulan. Begitulah seterusnya.

Lama lama jadi selesa dengan tangguh. Tak ada dah rasa bersalah.
