☛ Under the Charter of the United Nations, the Security Council has the following functions and powers:

_To maintain international peace and security in accordance with the principles and purposes of the United Nations.

_To make recommendations on the settlement of such disputes or on the terms of settlement .

_To develop plans for the establishment of an arms control regime

_Military action against the aggressor .

☛ Peacekeeping forces are one of the United Nations operations, but the Security Council of the United Nations is responsible for issuing the decision whether or not to deploy them. Among the tasks of peacekeepers is to work to implement peace agreements, strengthen democracy, spread security and stability, strengthen the rule of law, work To advance development and work to achieve human rights.

☛ On light of what mentioned , We call upon the United Nations and the Security Council ;
