DON ‘ T USE COOKING OIL MULTIPLE
Cooking oil used repeatedly can cause hypertension, damage the liver and increase the risk of cancer.
Cooking oil shouldn’t be used more than two or three times to fry. Best to use it only once.
When used repeatedly, the hydrocarbon level in cooking oil increases and causes clogged arteries, hypertension and heart damage.
Most of us don’t throw away the oil that has been used and used it a few times before it is thrown away.
In addition to the study that has been done by the National University of Malaysia, over 19 brands of cooking oil found that most of the oil in this 1 kg packet is unhealthy according to the standards set by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board.
So the community is reminded to be careful of using cooking oil in a packet of 1 kg. As a safe step, use oil that gets confirmation from SIRIM only.
Other than that, avoid buying oils that the manufacturers can’t be sure to make it cheaper.
This phenomenon will cause users to be more exposed to the risk of eating oils that have been recreated.
To avoid health harm, society must reduce the habit of eating food that is fried outside the house because it is balanced by traders using cooking oils that are reinforced because it is worth cheap and can reduce cost.
In addition, in this way, it is not only able to guarantee the health of the body and mind, but the main thing is that the food that is enjoyed is quality and halal guaranteed.
Summary, any cooking oil can be used as long as there is a SIRIM label to guarantee our health. Do not use cooking oil repeatedly. Re-recharged oil is only suitable to be used as a biodisel for fuel.
