Termenung panjang saya bila baca mesej kawan-kawan kat FB ni. Boleh tahan banyak jugak soalan yang tanya tentang produk itu dan ini.

Bagus ke tak?

Selamat ke tak?

Dan sebahagian besarnya nak tahu sangat pasal supplement untuk naikkan selera makan anak.

Tak sempat saya nak explain kat semua soalan.

Saya kongsikan kat sini je lah ye.

JANGAN BAGI SI KECIL KITA TU PRODUK SEBARANGAN.

Banyak je lagi teknik lain sebenarnya kita boleh guna untuk stimulate dan buatkan anak-anak kita tu suka makan.

Cubalah buat 10 teknik ni dulu.

#1 – Bila hampir waktu makan, stop bagi snek manis atau pun minuman bergula.

Saiz perut si comel tu kecil je tau.

Makanan tinggi gula macam tu akan buat dia rasa cepat kenyang. Nanti mulalah dah tak nak disuap makanan lain.

#2 – Wajib beri galakan kat dia orang tu supaya banyak lakukan aktiviti dan bersenam setiap hari.

Tak usah biar dia duk depan tv je atau asyik dengan ipad. Anak yang cergas ni biasanya jarang ada masalah tak selera makan.

#3 – Menu makanan tu pun penting jugak. Cubalah susun dan tukar-tukar menu supaya budak tu tak rasa bosan.

#4 – Kalau dekat rumah saya, sebolehnya waktu makan kami akan pastikan tak ada gangguan lain.

Tutup TV, phone dan tinggalkan mainan lain. Fokus pada makanan tu je.

#5 – Elakkan duk marah-marah atau pun duk paksa si kecil tu untuk makan.

Kadang tu mungkin dia belum rasa lapar. Tapi kalau kita asyik duk paksa dan marah, sampai satu ketika nanti, kat minda budak tu akan terbayang yang makan ni tak menyeronokkan langsung.

#6 – Kalau kita rasa si kecil tu jenis yang kurang selera makan, kita yang patutnya tingkatkan kreativiti kita dalam menyediakan makanan tu.

Hiaskan diet tu biar nampak menarik untuk buatkan anak-anak rasa terhibur bila tiba waktu makan.

Alah, banyak je kan idea makanan yang dihias cantik-cantik kita boleh dapat kat internet ni.

#7 – Makanan tu jugak jangan terlampau ditambah perasa.

Deria rasa kat lidah si kecil tu sensetif tak macam kita orang dewasa.

Kita rasa masin tapi bagi budak tu, dia akan rasa terlampau masin.

Apa yang kita rasa masam, kalau disuap kat anak kita akan jadi terlampau masam. Sebab tu akhirnya dia jadi tak nak makan.

#8 – Masa makan, letak makanan tu sikit-sikit dulu. Dah habis barulah tambah.

Selalunya bila nampak sikit, si comel tu akan rasa nak berlumba habiskan.

#9 – Selain hiaskan makanan tu cantik-cantik, gunakan pinggan yang mereka suka tiap kali nak makan.

Kalau dia minat dengan gambar buah-buahan atau kartun contohnya, carikanlah satu pinggan yang ada corak yang dia minat tu untuk digunakan khas masa makan.

#10 – Hidupkan suasana gembira supaya si kecil tu seronok masa makan.

Masa makan tu lah, kita boleh bersembang dengan dia, duk bercerita dengan dia dan bagi sepenuh perhatian kat dia.

Biar sampai satu tahap nanti, dia akan sentiasa teringat yang momen masa makan dengan mak ayah adalah antara momen paling best dalam hidup dia.

There are many other techniques that we can use to stimulate and make our children like to eat.

#1 – When it’s almost time to eat, stop giving sweet snacks or sugary drinks.

#8 – Time to eat, put the food in a bit. After finishing, I’ll add more.
