We need to take care of the health of our stomach and intestines because there is a compound of hormones that improve our mood. We feel happy, passionate and cheerful. This hormones are produced 70 % in the intestines.

Among the things we need to do:

1. Do breathing in using stomach muscle.

2. More fasting or less eating.

3. Practice Probiotic and prebiotic like yogurt everyday.

4. Stop the sugar intake

5. Avoid intake of process food

6. Make sure we don’t have constipation
