Professor Amiel Vardi Hebrew University, Department of Classical Studies One of the founders of the radical-left NGO “Ta’ayush,”[1] which harasses IDF soldiers and boasts a member who bragged about helping the Palestinian Authority murder a man who sold land to Jews. Signed a petition encouraging the United Methodist Church to “disinvest from companies who benefit from the Occupation of Palestine.”[2] Signed a petition calling to oppose Israel’s OECD membership, claiming that Israel “violates international law” and “violate[s] the basic human rights of Palestinians.”[3] According to the My Jerusalem news outlet, Vardi encourages Palestinian Arab children to throw stones at Jews. Vardi denied this.
