Good parents in the Quran
========
1. Al-Quran describes us how Allah takes care of children to good parents. This is recorded in Surah Al-Kahf. The Word of God:
And their father was good
” and both of their parents are righteous.” (Surah Al-Kahf)
Pay attention to what is caused by a religious parents, so God takes care of the property and the child from zalimi.
2. through this verse, Al-Imam Ibn Kathir explains:
There is proof that a good man keeps his offspring
” through this verse there is a hint that explains that a righteous man, Allah will preserve his glory.”
3. While the al-Imam Al-qasimi explain this explanation by mentioning:
In the verse, reference to the guidance of the parents, who fear leaving the offspring of weak, with piety in all their affairs until their children are preserved and taken care of.
” through this verse, there is a lesson that shows about the priority of the guidance of a father who is worried to leave their child in a weak state, (then the father) keeps his his in all aspects until his child is protected by God and helped by divine help.”
4. for this understanding a tabien named said ibn Ahadith said to his son:
To increase my prayer for you, please keep in you
” I will add (quality and quantity) my so that Allah will protect you.”
5. Here is the point of muhasabah for all of us. If we hope that Allah takes care of our children, then we should be a religious parents. The Prophet’s word is true, if we take care of Allah’s rights, Allah will take care of us.
May Allah guide us.
